I won't order from them again. The past few times I've ordered it took forever and everything was cold. On top of that my orders were wrong every time. I always order pizza with no sauce and every pizza I've gotten has been drowned in tomato sauce. I tried to report the issue online and I kept getting a message saying something went wrong. I tried calling the store to report it and I was left on hold for over 17 minutes waiting on a manager and then was hung up on.

Never had pizza with no sauce but I got two tonight. After online notification the order was ready, I drove to drive thru. Dude looks up and sees me, he was counting money at the register. So I wait. He finally finished. Walked toward the back. Came back to the counter and looks at me again. Shuffles some papers, walks to back again. Comes back to the counter looking at me the THIRD time. I finally honked my horn, more than once. He finally saunters to the window. I tell him I have an online order and give my name. I asked in frustration if he was blind. He gets my pizza and low and behold, it’s fresh outta the oven and tepid at best. He informed me that he isn’t blind, he’s off duty. I guess that kept him from telling anyone there was a customer at the window. This is the Jefferson Ave store on the Arkansas side. If you know anyone over the level of kitchen manger, give them a heads up as to what’s going on.

Disappointing. I came into to a hotel late without a car. Called the number for this location on Jefferson Ave for delivery. I got a remote operator. After being shuttled to two other numbers, the person who answered the call said the location does not deliver. This was after 5 min of questions about my name, number and address. Seriously it took that long. She couldn’t offer another store to deliver, all she could say was go pick it up. I don’t have a car so that is not possible. I haven’t ordered from Domino’s in years. This reminded me why.

Good question. The store can not unless it has been charged, most likely, you will have to call the number on the card
