Zero customer service…. Called and verified a Curtis Cab was in stock on Dec 16th. Received a couple Of the accessories in the mail but no cab. Called several times, sent several emails and even filled out the contact form through the website was never called back. Finally on the 28th got through to an employee who could use some training answered. She informed me it wouldn’t ship for another month and if I wanted it faster I (the customer) could reach out to Curtis Cabs. In understanding things can come up but how about trying to communicate with the guest. No solutions offered by them.

All equipment, including smaller turf and utility equipment and large agricultural equipment, qualify for this service. Please reach out to us to set up pickup or delivery of your equipment.
