Found a ring on their website that I wanted to purchase for my wife. It would be a gift for our 10th Anniversary. Went on a Sunday to their Springfield location and I was told the ring was available at a different store. They would have it shipped to Springfield and that it should be in by Wednesday. The day before our Anniversary. Great! Never heard from anyone Wednesday so i called Thursday and was told Friday. No biggie, we are celebrating on Saturday anyways. Well, Friday rolls around I don't hear from anyone. So I call Saturday was told they only do transfers on specific days and now we looking at next Tuesday. Here it is Tuesday, no phone call, no ring. Well my anniversary is ruined. If I would have known it was gonna take 2 weeks I would have picked out a different ring.
