Hotel was dated but nice. Gave us a room with one queen. Derrick the manager was able to switch us to a room with two doubles. Great location close to downtown Lock Haven which is a quaint town. It's only hotel in the general area, so you definitely need to reserve your room in advance

One broken toilet out of 5 There are several reasons for this low rating. 1. When I arrived at the front desk at 6:20 pm there was no one there but there was a sign saying will return at 6:30 so I waited to 6:45 before I left to get a dinner and returned an hour later and the front desk manager was there. 2. The toilet in my room I discovered to be broken at 1 am that night. The following morning I did receive a new room but still. 3. I asked for a late check out the day I was to leave but that was never passed on to the morning front desk and I got a call that interrupted an important business meeting from the front desk. 4. The lobby appeared to have exposed wiring. Any one of them I could accept on it face as a slight issue but combined I had to give it this rating.

Big problem with the TV/Direct TV service! It kept going blank every 30 or 40 seconds. Everyday, for 4 days. Front desk said nothing could be done about it. They are pet friendly and have a small breakfast spread. The room was clean. Lobby was being remodeled. It really would have been nice to enjoy a TV show after getting back to the room. They really didn't seem to care and didn't offer any assistance.

This is, hands down to bow, the best hotel I have ever stayed at! Great hot breakfast included! Fresh eggs, bacon, sausage gravy and biscuits, links, etc. The team members are also awesome. They treat you so great you cant wait to see them again! I promise you, you would regret to stay anywhere else. The building is highly maintained with new carpeting and cleanliness! From the house keepers to the front desk, you will feel right at home. Will return for sure!
