I purchased a spa from this business in January of this year. The spa drained due to leaks in March, after only having been used a handful of times. The leak was not repaired (if it even was repaired) until September. Now the spa will not heat above 80 degrees and the service technician is not responding to calls or emails. They promised me that the spa would be working 2 weeks ago, and yet here we are. It's been just about 7 months without the use of my spa. Total customer service nightmare.

We bought a tub from Prestige 5 months ago. There was a leak so we called in for repairs. There was some communication confusion but when we spoke with Mike, the owner, he apologized and fixed the problems immediately. He also offered some free chemicals for our inconvenience and that was appreciated. Thanks
