I haven’t had Sonic in years, but I remember enjoying their burger. So I picked up some burgers and fries for my family today, and it was pretty awful. Their patties taste like sawdust, lettuce wasn’t fresh, and the tiny tomato slice was from the very end. My kids didn’t eat even half their burgers, but to be fair, they’re high maintenance kids.

Lately it seems it's darn near impossible to get good service and the items you order in fast food places.... But NOT Sonic it has been awesome. The employees are always friendly and very accommodating. After going to four other restaurants with no service or food I came by Sonic and it was like magic! They were slammed and yet moved quickly and correctly. Thank you

Drive-In Parking Spot: Waited for 15 minutes with no reply. Drive-Through Line: Waited 15 minutes and no one replied from the speaker with even so much as a, “One moment or please wait.” Wasn’t even that busy - only 3 other cars. Sunday night around 7:30pm All I see around me are people bailing out from the drive through line and from the drive up spots. I don’t understand how poorly managed business like these can afford to stay around with such bad customer service. After 30 minutes of waiting we just had to leave. I miss Sonic, we were hoping for a fun night! It’s too bad.
