I have lived here for 8 years and have had no major complaints until recently. There have been two prior office managers that I have gotten along fine with. Now however there is one who is very condescending and rude. He talks down to you when asking questions about income, almost as if he has a problem with poor people. A bad character trait when working in the subsidized housing market. When the issue was brought to the Leman family their attitude was to ignore the it. Clearly the tenets are not something the owners consider respectable enough to deserve human diginty.

I have lived in a few different apartments at Sunset Hills. The team and management here are amazing!. They take time to talk with you at any time. The apartments I lived in were all very nice, clean, freshly painted, and ready to unpack. I didn't have to wipe cabinets down or clean the refrigerator. Definitely recommended these apartments!!
