My husband and I made a reservation two months in advance for a rental car for vacation. We got there a little after 1:30, and the lady was outside and had said they were on lunch and would be back at 2. No big deal, my husband and I went to lunch and came back at 2, then waited for another 15 minutes in the waiting room. Then the SAME lady decides to inform us that they do not have any vehicles to rent out. Not just the car I would prefer, but they didn't have any at all. 45 minutes wasted, and my husband and I are supposed to leave for our vacation the same day. So we went around the corner to Ride Rental Cars, and they were able to give us a car immediately. Save yourself the stress and go there instead. I'd give Enterprise 0 stars if I could.

I reserved a car in April for May the 2nd for and important doctors appointment.On that morning I was contacted that no car was available. The company had enough time for me to make another arrangement.This was very important day I am very disappointed in their customers service

Reservations are a joke. Is it possible to to give less than one star? After reserving a car 3 weeks in advance, (THREE WEEKS) I was notified one hour before my pickup time that no cars were available and none were expected to be available. After trying to contact them by phone for 35 minutes ( busy signal) I decided to drive to 45 mile round trip to see what was going on. Opon arrival I was told there was a car shortage.Really? I also noticed that of the two women in the office, no one was on the phone. When I question them about the busy signal I was informed “that our phones were by our sides all morning and we never received any calls” I left totally disgusted and without even an apology. THANKS FOR NOTHING!! UPDATE Thank you sooo much for the “cookie cutter “response concerning the major inconvenience that was caused by your lack of professionalism. I am overwhelmed that you would take the time to “look into the matter”. I feel so much better now!
