I really hate doing this, but I am very frustrated with this situation. I bought an X1 in May. Everything went smoothly even though I was not fully convinced. The salesperson and the finance director Christopher Wojnar tried to convince me guaranteeing they could give me UNLIMITED WARRANTY on my car. It sounded too good to be true. First issue: For some reason, they were not able to mail the new license plate to my temporary address despite emailing it to them at least THREE times. Still got it at the wrong address and I retrieved it three weeks later. Second issue and worst of all: I emailed the finance director Christopher at least four times now asking for the documentation for my unlimited warranty. He answers within a few minutes saying he will send it momentarily and, as of October 11th 2022, I have not received anything. Again, I bought the car in May. I feel betrayed and incredibly frustrated with this situation. They tricked me knowing that the only way to convince me was to give me the unlimited warranty that I have never received. Please, avoid this place especially if you are spending 40,000 dollars for a car!

I bought a car from this dealership and it’s been a nightmare. Had to have the battery replaced and now 45 days after having the car the transmission is needing to be replaced. I’ve literally only been able to drive the car 3 weeks in total due to it being in and out of the shop. It’s ridiculous and I wouldn’t purchase another car from them ever!!!
