I wish I could give this negative 1 stars. The lady who did my nails cut my actual nail into the bed. And told me it was just my cuticles. It was not. I have wider nail beds and told her not to make then all one size.to do them with the width of my nail beds. She also didn't do the deep smile line with SMALL amount of french tips.

Ok nails is okay. I’ve been cut on a couple of occasions. Salon is old but clean. Chairs are comfy. Affordable. Not the best customer service. Depends on who you get.

Both times I’ve gone, the individual I had was very nice and made good conversation. However, the first time I went, I did the Dip Powder and the top coat started to peel off with in 2-3 days, which has never happened to me… so I feel like I didn’t get the best quality. I was willing to give the establishment a second chance by going in for a lower leg wax. With this I was highly disappointed…. 1) Yes she waxed my legs and hair came off… however, I feel like there was A LOT of hair still left behind that could have yet been removed… 2) I was up charged $5 because she had to wax the back of my lower legs?!? Super confused why that was…. Isn’t that a given that the WHOLE lower leg is supposed to be waxed. I feel like if there was an up charge for that, I should have been told that while I was getting it done, not right as my card was being charged. I honestly felt slightly scammed. I will not be going back to this establishment.
