This Company attempts to get you to use a "Public Adjuster" (Who actually works for Top Most Roofing) to file a claim with your Insurance company "Just to see" if the Adjuster can get your Insurance to pay anything "Because the worst thing that can happen is that they deny your claim". The want to file a claim with my Insurance company, even though the damage to my roof is CLEARLY not covered under my Homeowners Policy. (The Adjuster is paid 15% of the total cost of repairs if he succeeds in filing the claim). If you do not have Top Most Roofing repair your roof after signing the Public Adjuster agreement they will charge you a fee of 10% of the total estimated cost of repairs. Not a scam, but clearly not Ethical. Additionally, the Top Most Roofing Rep Melissa was untruthful with me and did not follow through on her promises. She would not provide an estimate. She also works for more than one roofing contractor. Just too many Red Flags to trust this business or it's representatives with expensive repairs to my home.
