Under an extended warranty, I was told to have my vehicle towed to Flow Acura. I did. I paid for the tow. I was given bad information by the service manager about the reimbursement. He got the info from the Acura rep. They are wrong. I’ve been bounced around and lied to for four months and still have no idea when I’ll get my money. This seems like a problem with their whole system.

Buying a car is something I have put off for some time. However, I just purchased my Acura RDX from Flow with the assistance of Gillian and it was such a pleasant experience! From start to finish, we were greeted with a smile and received top notch service. Gillian was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and went over all the functions so thoroughly and set up everything for me before we left. Dave in the finance department was very patient, answering all my questions of various options to choose from. No one was pushy or arrogant and we are very pleased with our purchase. I would definitely recommend them.

Lastly, if you owe more than the purchase price we offer, but do not want to make a purchase, you can place that amount down owed in addition and walk away without a car purchase.
