First time getting a tattoo: walked in, absolutely clueless. The lady at the reception was welcoming and nice. Asked me what I want tattooed and what font I’d like. A few minutes later, Marco introduced himself and I briefly described what I wanted. He was respectful and nice. We had a nice conversation while he was working. Will definitely return in the future.

Nope. They are VERY strict. Most be 18 or older. No reputable tattoo shop will allow it.

I agree 100% dont get a cheap tattoo. Get a tattoo that you will love for the rest of your life and be proud to show off. Money shouldn't be the first priority. You could see if the artist will do it in one hour increments to keep the initial cost low. That way you can build a tattoo up into a work of art.
