According to Pods corporate, my Pod has been sitting there since 10/3/22. It just started moving today, 10/14/22. Ridiculous. Why doesn't anyone tell you this?????? We could have come back to SC and gotten our stuff and brought it back north quicker than this service.

PODS delivered a pod to my neighbor. We have a dead end street. When he left he started toward dead end and then started backing out and ran into our golf cart. Called Pods and sent pictures. They need to pay but they refuse to assist. I would give them a review of -10. Horrible company.

Brian delivered our POD on time in a Flood, Waterspout and Tornado warning! 10 inches of rain fell in vicinity in the area! He arrived and was very professional and quick during a day of downpours from the heavens! After he left he actually still came back so I would have help opening a POD with a load shift! Certainly made our day of too much rain work! 10 out of 10 besides being a polite professional! Thank you Brian and POD!

They do not. They deliver a pod to your place you reside in then pick up and deliver it to new residence. Packing and unpacking is your responsibility
IT DEPENDS ON HOW BIG OR LARGE THE POD IS
Depends where you ship to how long etc. Use caution inexperienced, did damage. Contract 12? Pages bottom line they take responsibility on NOTHING. KEEP LOOKING ELSEWHERE
