I broke my phone screen and brought it in to be fixed, after he told me that my back camera was also broke I got the screen repaired and left. About a week later my phones LED screen started acting up again and I called him to see if I could get it repaired again for free seeing I did no damage to the phone to cause it. He said that “I had to of done it because it wouldn’t do that” being that I’m a student I need my phone for a lot of things so I asked what can we do to which he replied I’ll just repair it again for 20$ less. I got it fixed and saw that my Face ID NO LONGER WORKED when I was working before repair. At this point I was completely done with the situation and gave up Currently, I am battling with my screen not turning on when prompted with the power button; I’m completely unsatisfied and will not be returning.

Fast friendly service and just like new! Had my screen replaced on a galaxy S9 +...quoted a price before bringing it to my appointment and that's what I paid! I realize that companies are in the business of making money, but this bordered on ridiculous. To replace the cracked glass on my phone, he wanted to charge three times what I paid for the whole phone. No thanks. A company should not take advantage of a person in a desperate situation.

After being quoted almost triple to get phone screen replaced at Apple store, I was able to get a new screen AND a new battery for far less than it would cost to get a new screen. I dropped it off with the lovely Tiffany and had it hand delivered to my door within an hour! I was blown away by the customer service and the quality of work performed. I already lined up a friend to get their phone repaired after my first experience. I recommend you give it a try. You won't be sorry!!!
