Zero stars ***** Extremely regret ordering my appliances from Lowes. They did not communicate to me that my refrigerator was out of stock, so they mailed me gift cards to Lowes. How did I find this out? I called the day I was told it would be delivered. Tried resolving over the phone, but NOBODY answers the phone at Lowes- and since I ordered inside the store, I have to work with the store and not the call center. So I’m a day out from the day the ASM told me the refrigerator would be here (because he had to have it shipped from Georgia) and no delivery notice he been given. Naturally, I’m on the phone trying to get in touch with the store but 30-min in and I have no answer. Still ringing. I guess I’ll have to GO IN PERSON AGAIN to get an answer, just like the old days. Will never ever ever order from Lowes again simply due to the fact I cannot get any answers from anybody unless I go into the store physically.

Love Lowes. They do need some work on their curbside pickup. I have tried the app, the website and the qr code that you can't scan from car! Finally just had to call. Employees were friendly.

Purchased a LG Dryer in Nov 2019 with a 5 year extended warranty. Dryer quit working Sep 27, 2022 so I called Lowes warranty who told me I didn’t have a warranty on it even though I have a copy of my receipt that shows I paid for a 5 year warranty and I also have the reference number required for the warranty work. Went on to Franklin Lowe’s and talked to Greg who made copies of everything and was suppose to call me that afternoon but never did. On Sep 28, 2022 I went back to Lowes in Franklin and talked to Zac about getting assistance with the warranty to get the dryer repaired. Zac made copies of all receipts and called me the next day (Sep 29, 2022) and said it was all worked out that I needed to scan my receipts to a Lowe’s email address and they’d be calling me in the next couple days and if not for me to reach out to them. After not hearing from anyone I called the Lowe’s Warranty on Oct 4, 2022 and told the same thing I was told from on Sep 27, 2022, that I didn’t have a warranty on the dryer. I called Franklin Lowe’s and talked to Darren who said that if I’ve done all that I’m telling him I did that there’s nothing he can do and suggest I file a complaint with Lowe’s 1-800 number in which I did and her solution was to transfer me to LG to get it repaired. LG says I would have to pay for them to fix it since they don’t fall under the Lowe’s extended warranty. She suggested I call Lowe’s warranty in which I have been doing since Sep 27, 2022 only to be told I don’t have a warranty even though I have a receipt that show’s I paid for the 5 year warranty. Bottom line is after 8 unsuccessful days of trying to get my dryer fixed I still don’t have a solution to the problem and not sure it will ever be resolved with Lowe’s.
