Not happy. I only gave 1 star because I actually like the chairs I ordered. #1- I ordered 2 chairs the first week in September and was told they would arrive October 1. I still don't have them and each time I call, the date keeps being pushed further out. Also wondering why I had to call and no one called to notify me of the delay. #2- I decided to finance the chairs because it's 0% interest and why not. My information was entered incorrectly so I was rejected by all of the financing companies. When I called to correct the error, I was approved, and THREE credit cards were opened in my name. I was sent cards from 2 of the companies, and when I called the store to ask which of them was actually paying for my chairs, it was a company that didn't even receive a card from. When I asked how this could have happened, the manager did not know the answer, and suggested I try back tomorrow. #3- Now I have to cancel 2 credit cards, which negatively impacts my credit score, which was previously amazing, hence the reason I was able to get approved for 3 credit cards. AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY CHAIRS!!

Once we Finally received our furniture we discovered nails poking almost through the fabric of the couch, and the rocker recliner pops when rocking in it. I can not get anyone to help me with our warranty. We’ve had this furniture about a month like this with no solution. I continue to get ran in circles Edit here: I stand by my one star. I have been victimized! My MANY attempts have gotten me no where. The repair company they use broke my front storm door when slamming it upon leaving when all I did was ask him to call his boss regarding the orders for both prices of furniture as he only had orders for one, mind you this was the second guy they’d sent out. This is a fraudulent company that has no intention on honoring any warranty factory or extended! Please take your business elsewhere and research as they own others under different names. DSG is a fraudulent company! I’ve reached out month after month. And felt unsafe with the last repair man the recklessly exposed me to. Edit#2. I’ve continued to do research as I’m appalled at how such a fraudulent company can stay in business. One thing I’ve learned, most of their high star ratings are from within, thus fake. Also the BBB means nothing as they’re paid by the companies that are registered with them. They’re closing down franchise stores in other states due to multiple lawsuits. Avoid DSG, Ashley’s Furniture. Look for advocacy groups, you’ll be shocked at the number of members and their horror stories. Don’t let their lies and fake ratings fool you. You work to hard for YOUR money to let thieves take it from you. Disclaimer I did get my full refund after fighting for my consumer rights. Now I’m trying to defend yours.

We ordered/purchased in-store, and it took 6 months to get our furniture. What a drag. To the defense of Ashley we made the purchase at the end of the "Supply Chain" shortage, our experience may have nothing to do with Ashley Furniture at all. The company could have done better keeping us updated. Our Salesman Mike was great and would follow up whenever we asked. The delivery gents were pretty cool, but did leave a few pieces of packaging in the yard, nothing of any severity. Outside of the time it took to get our purchase, Ashley Furniture did an outstanding job.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Ashley HomeStore has committed itself to provide a clean, safe shopping environment for all team members and guests. We've implemented additional safety measures, and are closely following the social distancing guidelines from the CDC. For stores located in states where they have mandated the use of masks in public, we will follow with those set guidelines. We are a fever-free zone. All of our team members are checked for fever using touchless thermometers at the start of every shift. This is our policy and we are dedicated to abiding by it.

Is your furniture made from real wood,or pressboard?

They are made of real wood. However there are a very few that have particle board pieces crafted into the design. Mostly real wood. Great furniture.
