Kind of got the feeling they never opened? Waited quite awhile for no one to show up. Not sure what's going on with this location and staffing, but there appears to be an issue. My little sister was sad. Hopefully they will be open when we return tomorrow. Update: went back again today after work and found out they closed at 5:30pm. Not everyone has the opportunity in the middle of the week to head to Claire's during working hours. If you are going to consistently have staffing issues, then maybe consider updating your store hours. It might also be advised to close the location as seeing other reviews, shows this seems to be a problem.

Kevin was amazing!!! Tax free weekend, the place was packed and he was solo. He handled everything so professionally with a smile. He was so accommodating to everyone and made the experience of my daughter getting her ears pierced amazing. This guy is a true gem.

Kevin is the best. Despite being the only person working today, he accommodated everyone all while keeping a smile on his face. A true example of a hard worker.
