I have been a PNC client for over a decade and moved to Myrtle a few years ago. The ladies working there, tellers and cubicle workers always make me feel like i am the worst inconvenience to them when i go there. I had to update information and made an appointment since it was 4:00 and the business banker was apparently busy which is understandable. The lady recommended coming in the next week at 4:00, i felt this is too close to closing so I asked if there are any other time earlier in the day, she said 2:00 will work. I came in for my appointment with the business banker, and he said with a full-of-himself-attitude I should come back another day since he is busy! He has a weekly meeting at 2:00. I was speechless. If a bank can’t get an appointment right, how can they run a bank???? I could not believe it, not a sorry for the inconvenience or let’s make another appointment no just come back like it’s no inconvenience to take time off work to go there. What’s the point of making an appointment??? I am so over stinky attitudes and no customer service from this branch i am willing to drive to the 2nd closest branch in NC and i can only hope they have better people working there. If not, I will have to move all my bank accounts to a bank that actual likes to help and provide decent customer service.

Love PNC but this branch is horrible, my wife has been there twice now to update her name after getting married, the second visit was a scheduled appointment! Upon arrival the person she was scheduled to meet with says we can't meet I have meetings every Friday at this time just come back, as if taking off work twice now is so easily done. All this just for a name update! We've been customers for over 20yrs with personal and business accounts and this branch adds zero value to any of them. Don't waste your time with this branch, staff here treat you like an inconvenience.

It's getting ridiculous this is the only pnc bank now here in myrtle beach and everytime you go here the atns aren't working its very inconvenient
