Went in to get some merchandise and met Abe the owner and chief distiller — It was cool to see the huge stills which reminded me of something from a blade runner movie. Abe used to work as a chemist — what a great lateral move. If you want a unique Humboldt gift get the hemp infused vodka.

We bought your rum for a recipe and noticed it states spices but not what they are I have a child allergic to cloves to the point they stop breathing so I need to know what the spices in your rum are

There is clove in Humboldt Distillery Spiced Rum. There's cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, star anise, allspice, and vanilla in it. The spice extracts are all made in house with whole organic spices.
