If I could give this place of employment a zero I would, the do not have no loyalty to there employees at all, I recently had my uncle pass away and was dealing with family, I was out of town without service texted and left voicemail to Jerry and Jake the snake, they never responded finally got a hold of them he called and told me he replaced me and that was that, they will be able to get away with it because I was on probation period still, for anyone who thinking bout working there just realize you can literally be dealing with grief family emergency or sick with coviid they don't care they will leave you high and dry without a job and not care for one second

Best crane guys no doubt. But a lot of things wrong with other aspects. I could easily go into descriptive detail but won't. As a competent, proffesional and humble carpenter of 15 years.. I would highly recommend Boyce over BMC. Also there is one guy with long hair at their location who is extremely rude and clearly lacks people skills. I will never EVER spend any more money with this company... ever. Missoula needs better.
