Love pops, but I've noticed all franchises are different. This pops we visited in Romeoville was not as nice as other ones we frequent. The sitting restaurant eating area was messy, as were the bathrooms. Staff behind the counter were very loud and laughing between each other. Very loud annoying music and not a very inviting or relaxing atmosphere to eat.The food was ok but was cold and hastily put together.

They dont know how to cook french fries! its very salty and overcooked! You wasted my money.

Food is good. Prices not bad. Had a gyro, fries, breaded mushrooms. All food was good but size is smaller-another casualty of covid and transportation woes. Many daily specials and coupons. Wish they had drive-thru window. Small and kind of difficult parking lot.
