I had a wonderful experience at Flex Physical Therapy. I worked with Ariella at the UWS location over 5 months or so for my tense traps and a stiff neck. Ariella was able to manually release the tension and guide me through exercises that helped me to strengthen certain muscles and keep the tension away. I strongly recommend her pelvic floor evaluation as well! So happy to learn more about this part of my body, and to strengthen it through the exercises that Ariella prescribed. Thanks Ariella & Flex!
