By far the most friendly and informative paintball shop I've ever been to. No matter how much or little you know about the sport, they will answer your question or point you in the right direction. I've called several times just to ask questions and they never hesitate to provide helpful insight. These people love paintball.

Just getting back into the sport. I just moved to a new area near contact and went in to purchase some items. "Phenomenal" service and staff at contact! "Excellent" Pro Shop and very well knowledgeable staff. By just getting back into the sport and coming to a new area, the staff greeted me with open arms and were extremely humble when answering questions and recommending gear!!!!! Great place!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Really can't say enough about this place. If you need anything paintball related this is where you need to be. Don't waste your time shopping online and comparing prices go to them and they will take care of you. Prices are just as low as any of the online stores and they let you try everything on and make sure you are getting exactly what you need, which is key in paintball. You can read all the online reviews watch yotube videos but until you put it on and see how it feels you wont know. I wanted to purchase a new mask and almost bought one offline thank god I stopped in here first because when I tried it on at the store it was way to small they pointed me in the right direction of something a bit larger and got me fit perfect. They have all the latest gear just as quickly as anyone else. And can get anything you need. I went back a week or so later to try and find a pack to fit around my ever expanding belly I didn't have a ton of time and had my son with me. The owner entertained my 3 year old while I tried on as many packs as I could to get the perfect fit. I was slightly worried about some of my older gear not functioning properly so I brought it into them and there techs checked it all out and made sure I ready to go and they did it while I shopped. The level of expertise and customer service provided here was unreal if a shop like this existed prior I would have never left the hobby. Really great store I look forward to shopping there again if you've had bad experiences at other stores or just cant wrap your head around everything on the web this place will put you at ease. A++ I am a huge online shopper and do almost all my shopping online for basically everything not just hobby related but from now on I will do all my paintball shopping here. All retail stores should be ran like this. If you've never been it is defiantly worth a trip no matter the distance. Unfortunately they do not have a field but they can help you find a place to play.

Great store. Staff including Ed, Earl and Alex easy to talk to and very knowlegable with the newest products and technology in the paintball industry. They were able to answer all my questions and add their insight from their multiple years of paintball experience. I will shop there again and would recommend Contact Paintball for anyone person, new or veteran to paintball.
