My daughter (15) had spinal reconstructive surgery ... We found out 2 days before freshman year year in high school that she needed to have this done.... I cannot say enough about doctor loweinstein and his staff.... Having your child undergo such a serious surgery is probably one of the scariest things ever.... But doctor lowenstein and his staff made the entire process so much easier...they were caring, comforting, kept us informed the entire time....truly remarkable people. I know it's different for everyone, but my nerve pain has been reduced by at least 90%. I no longer walk with a cane. I cannot tell you how much this has impacted and improved my quality of life. Dr. Lowenstein is an excellent spine and scoliosis surgeon. My daughter had scoliosis and we were referred to Dr. Lowenstein. He was very kind and patient and answered all of our question to our full satisfaction and made us comfortable. Dr. Lowenstein is very confident and if he thinks surgery is not right for you, he will tell you and not waste your time. He performed major back surgery on my 11 year daughter in December 2019. He did an excellent job; no issues so far. We are so grateful to have met him and would highly recommend Dr. Lowenstein for your spine needs.
