I choose Visionworks initially because my insurance recommended it, never looked at the ratings on Google on any other site. After my experience I thought it was important to write a recent review for anyone out there thinking of going here. I went in on 10/28, everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and very professional. The exam by Dr. Tran was no different, professional, made sure I understood everything, answered my questions, etc. I picked my frames, lady sat down with me went over all the options, costs, what insurance covers, etc. and I walked out there with a expected ready date of 11/11. 11/4 I got message my glasses were ready, went in, greeted by same nice ladies and she checked my glasses for me, made sure I was happy and I was out of there in 10 minutes. I'm not sure what more can be expected from an eye glass place...great experience, thank you very much.

I had to call 3 times to order my contact lenses. The first time, they actually forgot to place the order. The second time, the ordered the wrong brand altogether. Hoping that this third time will be the time they get it correct! In total, it’s taken 4 weeks for me to get contacts. At this rate, I’m wondering if I should have ordered from 1-800-contacts.

Dr Tran is an amazing doctor!! She is very by the book.. I personally adore the fact that she made sure that I could take my contacts out of my eye an put them back in by myself before she just released a trial to me that could have caused my eyes real harm. I don't know what I would have done if I couldn't get them out I would have had to pay another medical bill to have it removed. People do not realize that the composition of a contact could have a bad reaction to a person's eye an she cannot evaluate that kind of risk if she just sent you home with them. I also like the fact that she is quick with her exam so I wasn't there all day. She was very precise with her exam covered all the bases that I needed... granted I wasn't to thrilled to find out I needed a bifocal at 28 but hey that isn't her fault my eyes suck lol !!! But I would recommend anyone to go see her an my family members will be going to see her soon!!! 10 OUT OF 10 IN MY BOOK !!!!
