They billed me $180 cash for my preventive test as security deposit (not letting me pay with card) and also charged $15 for copay. The front desk said that they will give it back to me once they collect money from my insurance company. Later, they billed my insurance for more $670 and refused return my full security deposit $180. I only got $165 back after I came to their office multiple times. The office changed 2times for copay!!!!! This is how they make money? Never give receipt to patients for copay and charge more from insurance company?
