The only "real" bar open in King's Beach past 10pm. They have TVs all over the place, so you can catch whatever game is on. Big patio space. They serve basic bar food; the shrimp tacos are notable. Clean enough on the inside.

Definitely will be eating here again!! The food was amazing...tri-tip sliders definitely the go to meal!! Coworkers were very pleased as I was!!

We love our local, The Grid! Sooooo yummy and wonderful staff. Bobby rocks! As does everyone there :D Best burgers around! Their special Grid sauce is amazing too! Delicious food and tons of great options! They're super friendly, accommodating and generous - a true special touch unlike other some restaurants. Open later than most around :D A cool vibe. Fave of all favorites for sure!!

I'm sad to see The Grid has only around a 4-star rating on Google. Please read this review and decide for yourselves. First, we are from the City of Chicago, the Midwest, and for various reasons found ourselves way out west sitting at the Grid Bar & Grill. Outside of New Mexico, which we think has the greatest US-West food and yummy green chilies, we can't really comment on California bars and restaurants. Having said that, The Grid had good bar food: tasty and their burgers hit the spot. I consider myself a bar patron, beer, brats and burgers kind of guy. And the beer on draft was cold, some locally brewed, fresh, clean taps (not flat), with domestic selections. We could easily spend an afternoon at The Grid hanging out and drinking pints of beer. Does it have pinball for the kids? No.
