The manager was a sweet woman! My sister and I stopped by and saw the waitlist was full but as we got into our car the manager came to give us a list of all the other affordable housing in the area! So helpful and considerate!!!

I got a call from this company because my name was pulled. I did all of the paperwork and got to see the apartment. I gave them my holding deposit AND security deposit. My original amount was around 16-17K . I spoke to SHANNON(Caucasian lady) I explained that my paystubs was moved from a different clock in company as my job updated their system to clock in. So, they transferred my paystubs but it was combined. SHANNON , told me it was fine and to NOT worry about it! She also told me to just give her a deposit of $600 because she knew I was on a fixed income. I was ready to get the full amount of security deposit as Walmart was right across the street!! She insisted and said No, I'll try to get that waived ! I then get a call from the manager later that day (African American lady) regarding my paystubs. I explained what I was told and she said she was going to call me if she is unable to process. I Waited and waited for a call and no one called me so, I thought everything was fine. I called today 08/03/2021 and was told they couldn't process my paper work even though I WAS TOLD NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT!! No one called me to tell me anything!! My kids was very excited and they handle this so poorly! Very unprofessional and they don't care!! Best believe I will be filing so many complaints! This is absolutely ridiculous! Stay FAR away from these scammers.

To be so brand new, this place has already left a bad taste in my mouth. My daughter entered into the Lottery for these apartments in February. While I was with her yesterday she received a call from a "Glenn" from Quail Run (this was at 1pm on 7/29/21). He told her that her name had been picked and asked if she was still interested in leasing an apartment there. Of course she said, yes, and Glenn went on to schedule her an appointment for 10am the following day (7/30/21) in which she would need to bring in Deposit, ID, Birth Certificates, Money orders, etc... My daughter confirmed the appointment and said she would be there. LATER THAT SAME EVENING a call came in around 9pm from Quail Run. A message was left by a woman who apologized and said that the property had reached capacity. My first thought is who calls at 9pm after an appointment was already set earlier that day. So This morning my daughter calls to the office (call made at 9:30am) thinking obviously a mistake had been made. There was no answer. Since I live near the property I went myself to see what was going on. I opened the door to an office full of people (who were not answering the phone) Right when I entered there were two women and one older man sitting down. The older man immediately told the women, "I thought the door was locked..." I explained the situation my daughter was having to the lady who asked how could she help me, and she told me that they had reached capacity, and that there was a line out the door yesterday. I asked if that was the case, then why was Glenn calling people for appointments? AND why did not Glenn tell my daughter it was first come first serve basis, had he said that, she would've been there YESTERDAY. I was given no real answer for that, just a flimsy apology on how they need to get better. Then I was told they would be starting Phase Two soon, and my daughter could apply then. I think she should already HAVE a guaranteed spot in Phase Two due to this mishap here. Very unprofessional. Quail Run you need to tighten up, its too early for you to fail like this from the beginning,
