30Avenue is the perfect location to relax and forget about the crazy world out there. It is how Florida should be with a place to unwind and enjoy yourself with friends. The center area or "green" has the most beautiful sunsets which are best enjoyed with a cocktail from one of the restaurants such as Amigos, Amici, or Cuvee. I have never had a bad experience at this development and absolutely love the atmosphere.

A really nice collection of shops and restaurants. Never super crowded, grounds are well kept, plenty of parking. Great restaurant options. Close enough to bike to, although across an extremely busy highway intersection.

I recently stumbled upon amici30a and couldn't be happier the the hostess was polite the staff greeted us like family and we enjoyed sitting at the counter and watching the chefs and staff prepare our meals. The food spike for itself with each dish having more levels of flavor then the next. I will definitely be coming back this is our new local spot
