Went in looking for help under the guidance of a case worker from LAPP. absolute waste of time and fuel getting there, just to be turned away, in a really rude manner. Will never step foot in this place again. Perhaps others will have better luck.

Good Resource for those in the area suffering with addictions, mental health issues, loss. It is good to know that someone cares. The Main Place is a great step in the right direction when needing help.

This place was great I thought, till I talked to Stacy on the morning of 10/11/18 about my appointment. I had to call to reschedule due to my kid. I have a disabled son that had fallen I needed to go help my ex. Stacy felt the need to lecture me for 5min about how it cost them $200 every time someone cancels. (she told me twice about the $200) She then felt the need to tell me I have a history of canceling on them. I had to think for a minute since it was over a year since I last was there. Then I remembered. I was having throat surgery at OSU. Of course I couldn't make it. At the time I was trying to establish housing but my throat was closing up and was rushed to OSU (have lots of records to back that up) That was over a year ago. I decided I needed to go back to start a network sort-to-say. I'm sorry I have to put my son first over meeting with Joe (whos a great guy by the way) The way Stacy handled that call for a mental heath facility was beyond low-class. I have never felt so disrespected before trying to get help. How they allow her to answer a phone and talk to someone like that is mind blowing.
