Although they didn’t have our size in Carter shoes the ladies were very helpful in helping us order them on line and have them shipped directly to us. Our visit was pleasant. The store well stocked. A lot of sale items! Back to school 🎈time

Curbside pickup in this store is called “if you want it come and get it”. This service worked perfect before. Last time I used curbside pickup I felt awful from all that poor service. I parked at the parking lot near the store, chose the closest available spot to store. Mind you theres no special spot for curbside pickup parking. So I stepped out of my car and stood next to my car, so that when somebody comes seraching for me i could meet them there. An associate just looked out from the store still holding the door. I could see her doing that but I was not sure she was looking for me. After all this person might be a customer just looking out so I didnt wave or something. Then suddenly out of nowhere on my phone the app showed that my order was picked up. Then I called the store to ask what happened and I said I was here all this time and I didnt get my order yet. The associate said she couldn’t find me and that I need to drive just in front of the store, which is just a road. It is not allowed to park at the spot she was recommending me so I drove and turned my emergency lights on at the side of the road. The same associate turned up with my order and stood there holding the door again. I waited in my car, she didn’t move. Then I had to get off my car (which was blocking the road already) walk towards her and get my order. That is why I am saying the service is called “if you want it come and get it”. Unprofessional.

For Curbside: Park and call! When you arrive, open your email confirmation and call us. Pop the trunk and we'll pack it up. Contact free! For Pick Up Today: When you arrive, head inside and head to the cash registers with your email confirmation ready. Should be super quick!

It’s easy to return it to one of our 850+ stores within 90 days. However, you cannot return your items Curbside, you must come into the store. If you're a Rewarding Moments(TM) member, no receipt needed! To return by mail, simply print a return label from MyAccount.

Employees sanitize their hands after each customer interaction and wear a mask during the entire process of fulfilling your order. When the associate brings your order to your car, they will place your order in the trunk or backseat to comply with social distancing.
