I have donated whole blood and platelets at Carriage Place several times. I have never waited more than a few minutes to be seen. The staff is very professional. They were especially kind to me during my platelet donation. I was freezing, so they gave me 6 heated blankets to make me more comfortable.

Be prepared to wait. I've come here a few times and your appointment time is not a priority. Got tired of waiting for over 30 minutes without a word from anyone. Left and won't be back. An explanation, apology, expected wait time, etc. Zero consideration. It's only time, right?

I donated blood for the first time today and everyone here was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure my experience was a good one! Nyema in particular was great and helped me feel relaxed when I otherwise may have been nervous. Recommend going here :)
