Ordered pizza for pick up yesterday and the pizza was great. They do not have a lot of workers (3) just like everywhere but they make it work.

I really have no clue how this place is still in business. Outside looks nasty, they rarely make your order correctly. No telling what the inside looks like or how nasty it is. Do yourself a favor and drive a little further to another pizza place. Little Caesars is better than this Pizza Hut location by a long shot.

Been waiting for 2 hours for my pizza, and when I called to check on it I was hung up on. Definately will not order from them again and definately don't recommend anybody else ordering from them.

Same thing happened to me. Ordered at 804. Got a text at 918 saying it was otw. Pizza showed up at 945 cold. Then I got a coupon for a free pizza after emailing a complaint and it was the worse pizza I've ever had in my life.
