Never open to the public. I can't believe a place that is this important for finding jobs, insurance, food stamps and etc is not ever open because of covid. You would think it would be considered essential. I guess they want you to jump through all these hoops and make it as hard as possible to get and do what you need. It's so ridiculous. Now I gotta spend time looking for the right number and people to talk to on the phone. Thanks for nothing.
