Glorified drop box. Nice people in reception (now close due to covid). Drop all your info off in the box and hope some one is in there.

Never open to the public. I can't believe a place that is this important for finding jobs, insurance, food stamps and etc is not ever open because of covid. You would think it would be considered essential. I guess they want you to jump through all these hoops and make it as hard as possible to get and do what you need. It's so ridiculous. Now I gotta spend time looking for the right number and people to talk to on the phone. Thanks for nothing.
