If you call them I am sure they can answer your question.I do know they offer lifetime warranty on there new cars and also if it is used the used has to be less then 5 years and have less then 70,000 miles on it.
Probably not most dealer websites only have tires and accessories on there websites. Best place for oem gm parts is gmpartsdirect.com, they have diagrams and a great system to find what you need. You can easily find a part number call your dealer of choice and see of they have it available. Or just order it from them. Hope this helps

Not under Matt Bower, but I did have that when it was Levis Chevrolet. I refused to pay the higher price although I understood where the additional fees came from. I reminded them that I had only authorized a max dollar amount and their bill exceeded it by over a $120. The Service Advisor went to his Service Manager and they were able to add some discounts that came acceptably close to the original price so i agreed to that amount.
