I've been coming to Ena's regularly since 2012. I decided I'm going to take a break for while because of customer service. Whoever's been taking phone orders these past few trips has been just plain rude for no reason. Short, pressed for time, I say thank you and they sigh and hang up. Even when I went to pick up my order the lady with the pink hair put napkins and fork in my bag, shoved the bag in my direction, I say thanks for your help, she ignores me and asks the next person what they need. Food, prices, and portions are still great. The consistency in quality is exactly why I keep going back for years. This customer service stuff is a turn off though. I get the days are long and some customers annoy you, but don't take it out on the public. There's a way to manage yourself if you're in a bad mood and still not be rude to ppl.
