Overpriced, flimsy windows and incompetent installers. The "doctor" did briefly show his face at the end of the install for his money. He should spend less time making TV commercials (this Window Doctor should lose his license and be sued for malpractice). He sells awful windows and allows awful install jobs such as the one we were stuck with.

Terrible customer service if you ever have a problem forget about it. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more and use someone else

We had 20 windows replaced in our house yesterday. Alex's crew arrived at 7:00 am and were finished by 3:00pm. They were very friendly and extremely professional. They did an excellent job on the installation. After finishing the installation, they cleaned the work area so well that you didn't even know they were here. I would highly recommend this company and crew for your window needs.

Yes we will go that far
This seems to be a one man owned business, operating under 7 alternate business names. I can't even get a response. Here are some of the names: Beta Tech Inc./Sears Security Systems/Sears Patio Products/Allstate Contractors/Capitol Builder/1st Alert Security/, and Allstate Alarms.
