Decent staff, one rude lady she knows who she is and one very nice helpful lady, she also knows who she is. The actual pharmacist is very helpful.

So the one younger lady that I've seen working behind the counter is very nice and helpful. But the shorter, older lady is very stiff. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. She does not listen as I speak to her and when it is a fill in that moment she just takes the info and walks away rather than using good customer service skills and saying something courteous like "This will take a minute to fill. Go ahead and have a seat if you like and we'll be right back with you as soon as it is ready." I don't feel comfortable coming to pharmacy where half the staff is rude and unhelpful. I tried to ask questions to try to learn how to make getting my script go more smoothly and was basically told to ask the other lady. Thankfully the younger lady stepped in and helped me. This is not my first unpleasant encounter with this worker. Despite the nice lady's efforts, I regretfully have decided that I will now go out of my way to go to Fort Gratiot Walmart or Meijer for my prescriptions. Goodbye convenience. Goodbye mom and pop shops the world over and all for a lack of courtesy and job ethics.
