This place needs to go back to school. May to October is NOT 6 months. They even told me that they didn't pick up until the last day of May. That's weird..... that's the day after we moved in. Also, our can wasn't delivered until June, when they knocked our mailbox down and didn't even bother to pick it up or tell us. Found out when we got home and had a trash can there. Arguing with these people is a waste of time and energy since they are out for that mighty dollar. They nasty attitude lady that called me needs an adjustment when dealing with customers. So.... I'm on the lookout for a new, trustworthy and truthful company.

Trash rangers has been excellent to me. They do a text reminder the day before my trash needs to go out. that away I don’t ever miss my pick up day. Anytime I have a question and I call the office. The ladies in there are very sweet and help me out. I do recommend trash Rangers for Ascension and livingston area.

Be careful with Trash Rangers when transitioning. Our family is moving to a new home. Trash Rangers continued to try to charge an inactive account for the next quarter when we informed them that the account was no longer active and we would be moving. They even refused to pick up our trash for the end of the quarter we paid for, for what they called NSF fees. When I called back to file a complaint, the young lady taking the complaint was so rude and unprofessional. We had to pay an additional $35 for our trash to be picked up the following day.

They claim to have a 6-month free period... But charges you at 4 months and then locks your account and stops service at 5 months for non-payment... Before the free 6 months even passes. What a joke
