Can get no worse owner all he wants is the money, don't care about his tenants and don't expect your deposit back even if you leave it better than you moved in. Warning don't do it ... also you pay way to much for the garbage appliances that come in here , he don't change the carpet after someone leaves just shampoos , and takes for ever to replace something that brakes , just to replace it with something older . Windows are so out of date so you have a high electricity bill. Just don't do it ...
