This is an amazing vet that we owe a great debt of gratitude. When no vet within 30 miles of us would help, Lucerne listened to our story and immediately jumped into action making room for us in their busy schedule. My wife and I travel for work for months at a time. Because of this we are never preferred customers/patients anywhere. When our animal needed serious help the vet we had recently seen told us they would like to help but we’re getting off work soon. It was 1pm. They were more worried about their free time than our dying animal. Lucerne, and hour away was our last ditch effort and they were more helpful than we could ever imagine. I truly don’t think we wouldn’t still have our animal if it weren’t for Lucerne. A sincere thank you to Lucerne Animal Hospital and their amazing employees.

I've been going to this vet since 2009. To say they've gone above and beyond is an understatement. My first visit was an emergency 3-day session for my diabetic cat (surprise discovery via a friend's glucose meter). I didn't have the means to pay what the bill would normally be for everything they did, but they worked with me to find what I COULD afford. They took such amazing care of my cat, too-- I would get calls at 10pm from the vet filling me in. I've been loyal ever since and refer everyone. I've never gotten anything less than invested, top-notch care.

The Lucerne Veterinary Hospital is one of Beans favorite places. I have never seen a dog so excited to go to the vet (even after a neuter and a stitched up paw!). Everyone at Lucerne has treated him as if he was part of their family and they go above and beyond. My only suggestion is to open up a VIP doggy daycare so Beans can hang out with the techs for the day. He gets so sad when it is time to leave.
