Great hotel, nice small heated pool. Staff is friendly 24hr laundry BUT I don't think it's family friendly 😕 was here not even 2 hrs I left my room and immediately got approached for "yelling" coming from my room . Meaning my 2 year old crying for me leaving the room. By the time I got downstairs someone called . I think that's kind of ridiculous we had a long 2 days and trip and paid to stay here to feel like I can't even talk in my own room because it's loud or my daughter isn't allowed to cry . We are here to finally relax and enjoy ourselves. Not really the hotels fault but honestly I won't be back because of this . If u don't have kids amazing stay beautiful room very clean and helpful staff

We booked this hotel for a vacation for 4 night and it was a nightmare. The first night was a horrible night were the whole 3rd floor was overheating cause they had a problem with the heating system and they never informed us. When we talked to the front desk in the morning, they asked us to turn the Ac on even though it’s was 40 degrees outside. We tried to request house keeping and Shay at the front desk started raising her voice telling us that you should know that we can only do that 24 hours in advance and that we should be aware of this even though they never notified us while checking in. We asked to speak to a manager, they told us that they don’t have a manager on the property. Shay was very rude and unprofessional to a point that she called the cops on us because we asked the hotel staff to clean our rooms since we had no towels left. I have been traveling for years and I have never experienced something like this. I definitely don’t recommend to stay at this hotel.

Myself my daughter and granddaughter have just spent a month here. Great staff all round house keeping excellent and front desk were all lovely a special thank you to Sam Marie and Shay. I didn't want to leave and kept extending our stay but that was no problem. All round great hotel.

Great location and friendly staff, nice communitive management. Clean rooms and facilities, nice size gym, pool, grilling area, business center, and laundry. Soft linens and pillows, comfy bed! Reasonable breakfast selection and nice size lobby with comfortable seating. All rooms have mini kitchenettes and you can request a portable convection cooktop at the front desk. I think I touched everything! Only flaw is the garbage disposal, everytime we used it, the breaker would flip and we had to call front desk to reset it. Our stay has been 2+ months, so this is kind of an annoyance, but certainly not a deal breaker! We would certainly choose this hotel again!
