great service, good food I just felt it was a little slow

Ordered online, arrived 10 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready but it wasn't, had to wait an extra 45 minutes because they didn't have rice made; and this was at 7pm, not near to closing time. Place was dirty, they were washing the kitchen floors with soap and water while the employees were serving the food were standing on it, water slowly started moving to the dinning room area.

What is wrong with panda?? Terrible food! No taste, no smell! Used to be good about a year ago. Maybe they need better cooks. Ordered brown rice thinking I would be getting authentic brown rice but got white rice with some brown stuff on it. Wow! Paid almost 40.00 for horrible food. By the way ordered grilled chicken and got boiled chicken. Smelt boiled even my husband made the comment saying the same thing. I left my chicken since it smelt and looked pink.

I'm not sure these reviews make any difference, but here goes... When we order food online it seems no one is making any effort to get the order correct. Now I understand that in the great skeem of things this is really a minor annoyance, but it still bothers me because when you order online you print out an exact list of what you want. So how hard is it to read a list and include ALL THE ITEMS ORDERED. Now supposedly you can contact the restaurant you ordered from to try to resolve problems, except the restaurant doesn't answer their phone, so, I get the feeling no one there cares much about whether they get orders right as long as they get your money.
