Excellent food, very nice people, great specials, amazing pizza and delicious chicken dinners. We have been getting delivery's from this restaurant for over 5 years now. One of the very first times i ordered was very late at night and the owner said that it was too late for delivery but since i was on his way home he would happily bring my order-This was above and beyond and this establishment has consistently gone above and beyond thru the years especially during covid with their family dinner specials and constantly helping the community.. Thank you to everyone at Medford Pasteria for all you do everyday and all the amazing food you make.

Yes you are able to make a reservation but you have to call up in advance and what time so they have the time to prep everything hope this helped you hope you enjoy your time at the restaurant the food is good enough to book a second time
Social distancing..face masks on employees...
Most family owned restaurants will hire teens. Cashiers & busboys. Make sure you have your NYS working papers.
