Well I never had any treatments here. But my parents had procedures here a couple of times. So from what I heard, great doctors and a great staff. Very friendly, concerned and caring. Update, I came here for an eye exam today. (7/12/21) Every staff member here at Geisinger Eye institute was pleasant. The doctor was wonderful, she makes you feel comfortable and explains everything to you. My only complaint is, you have to wait so long to be seen by a doctor or a staff member.

You can call the hospital operator and ask to speak to somebody in appoinments they should be able to help. I hope this helps you
Call them to make an appointment or get a referral from your PCP
Not that I am aware of that I would ask your trainer or one of the employees.
