WHY IS THIS PLACE ALLOWED TO FEED THE RESIDENTS COLD SANDWICHES FOR ALL THREE MEALS? THIS IS SO UNACCEPTABLE BY ALL MEANS! THESE PEOPLE PAY TO STAY HERE; YOU ALL (THE HOME AND STATE) SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF. WHAT PAYROLL IS THE DOH ON THAT THEY FIND THESE MATTERS UNSUBSTANTIATED! WHY! HOW! IF THIS WAS YOUR LOVED ONE THEY WOULD NOT BE LIVING LIKE THIS! NO TOWELS /WASH CLOTHES TO WASH WITH; ANIMALS IN SHELTERS LIVE BETTER THAN THESE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY PAY TO STAY HERE HECK LCP LIVE BETTER #WHERE IS SHAPIRO #WE NEED YOUR HELP IN THIS MATTER #SHAPIRO! IF YOU LOVE YOUR PEOPLE DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. PRIORITY HEALTH CARE THE OWNERS, THE ONLY PRIORITY THEY HAVE IS TO LINE THEIR POCKETS.. GO VISIT A JEWISH HOME THEY OWN YOU WON'T SEE THEIR PEOPLE LIVING LIKE THIS! SHUT IT DOWN NOW! DOH YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO SAY YOU ADVOCATE FOR THE PEOPLE! OH YEAH, ANY GOOD REVIEW IS EITHER BY COOPERATE STAFF OR A RESIDENT THAT THEY BOUGHT LUNCH FOR, FOR A GOOD REVIEW. NOBODY IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD SAY NOTHING GOOD

Yesterday I arrived to see our family member and someone was actually at the desk to let us in 😳 They go through the check in process and I head up to see the family member… something was different… The door opens and it’s like a whole new place? There’s no urine smell, the floors look the BEST I’VE EVER SEEN THEM😳 There are actually like 5 staff members on the floor Omg not sure if I’m in the correct building (lol) I go to my family members room and she says… How did you get to my room? You are not suppose to be here? We have to go up front for visits now??? That’sa first ever I’ve heard this! So we walk to the front and I notice every staff member is also wearing a mask 🧐🤔. Then the truth comes out THE STATE IS HERE so we must follow all the rules I overheard them saying….. well that explains it 🫡. I never understood why they let facilities know they are coming? Just surprise them and then the state can experience the urine smell, the dirty halls and the shortage on staff ✔️

I gave a review over 2 years ago and my how this place has changed. Maybe I have been here too long or just seeing it as it is. I have since had to write up a report on a nurse for not giving me my morning meds and because of that I had an extra procedure done. I am told by management that I can not have a copy of the findings and disposition of the report as it is a legal document. I also have proof of Rose City trying to charge me rent for the same month twice and opening my mail. Lots of illegal doings against me, I wonder what they are doing to those with no minds or family. If you have loved ones here check on them, even if it has to be a health and welfare check. All I stated is fact and can be proven.
