For three months we have tried to get our thousand of dollars from Payoneer that Fiverr wants you to use. Each time we provide the required info and they string us a long. DO NOT USE them. When you have an issue you will get stuck in a loop of it's not Payoneer they just need one more thing/email/reconnect so they can keep the money as long as possible.

Worst customer service I've ever received from a payment processing company. Use better providers like Wise, Western Union, and OFX. People here don't care.

Payoneer has the worst customer service ever. They don't add value to your needs. Once you find out, they created a whole website difficult to surf to keep your account active just to say that their terrible service has x active users. Once you sign up it's very very hard to cancel the account. Can take months. And their service is expensive compared with other similar and free services like #Revolut worldwide.
They will spin you around forever. I have been trying to contact their supervisor but no one ever gets back to me! This company and its owners deserve jail. Karma is going to destroy their souls.
