Great place to live as a college student, the property manager is great and accommodating along with the maintenance team who were always very welcoming and did an amazing job. My only complaint would be the poor structure of my building, we would feel breezes through the closed windows in winter,almost constant bugs despite keeping it impeccably clean, and mold, lots of mold despite having a house grade dehumidifier. Neighbors are ok, mostly other college students some were not so great and some were great. Aside from the structural integrity this was a great place to live and I would move back! Great prices and great management/employees.

I have recently had an ongoing issue with Spectrum for getting double billed. At first, it was an absolute disaster and thought I was going to lose a good chunk of change, but Julie was a huge help. Julie not only interacted with Spectrum first hand for me, but made sure I received all of my owed money back and made sure I was fully satisfied.

I am a SUNY Brockport student, and I have been looking for an apartment near campus. I believe I spoke with Julie and Gabby. Both individuals were extremely helpful, professional, and kind! I am still in the process of apartment searching. However, I am definitely leaning towards this direction! Thank you Julie and Gabby for all your help! Also, the apartment location is very convenient for students, and very nearby to local resources such as groceries, restaurants, gas stations, coffee spots (my fav), and much more. The property is very modern and up to date and most importantly, very clean. I am looking forward to looking deeper into Brockport Crossings. Again, thank you Julie and Gabby! You are both PHENOMENAL!
