Very long line at the takeout window. We only stopped there because it was the closest to the airport when we were leaving. When we got our order it was completely wrong. There was only enough Coke syrup to flavor the water light brown but it was mostly soda water. There was no way we could go back to get it corrected because it was a 45 minute wait in line. Thank goodness I will never have to go to this Wendy's again.

Did a mobile order to speed things up in drive thru. When I got to the windows the order was all taped up but was missing things. Luckily I wasn’t too much in a hurry to check. Was missing a salad. Sauce for nuggets. And spoon for frosty. Other than that it was Wendy’s

I was picking up a couple of orders for some customers. One was ready, the other order the employee couldn't find although other employees did find it. That employee was very rude and disrespectful as I waited 30+ minutes for the 2nd order. She was 20 something years old very petite fair skinned with very bad acne. She cursed a few people out because she couldn't handle the pressure of the fast paced restaurant. She acted as though she didn't know where the manager was another employee looked for the manager for me. She didn't tell the manager my concerns until I inquired again about the manager but I had already spoken to the manager at that point and the manager made the order for me I only gave the 1 star because the manager and a couple of other employees tried to accommodate me, otherwise there wouldn't be a star at all

The Wendy's franchise has vastly improved there Menu. This location on Garfield boulevard stays busy but at the same time they move at a very consistent pace. Every time I come to this location the food has been on point. That is the reason they stay so busy. "Security" in the house and on point 👌.

You should call the store during the daytime, speak to manager about issue, and see what they will do whenever the next time you drive by. They are very accommodating.
